The restaurant
The restaurant caters for 40 covers - 60 for groups - and provides the perfect setting in a spacious (100m2), light-drenched dining room.
It is decorated in a cosy, contemporary style and offers a stunning panoramic view over the Corbières mountains. This ultra sleek restaurant features exposed stone walls and large bay windows which open onto the terrace.
The terrace
The partially shady terrace offers the same breathtaking backdrop. Leading straight from the restaurant, the terrace is open during the summer season and is bathed in natural Mediterranean light provides the ultimate setting for a gourmet experience to remember!
Julien Oracz, head chef
The head chef, Julien ORACZ was voted Best Apprentice Cook in Aude at the André Pachon competition in 1998 which won him a 2-month internship in JAPAN where he learnt to master sushis. He then went on to work alongside Dominique BOUCHET for 4 years at the Hotel de Crillon in Paris. Our young chef now runs his own kitchen and specialises in traditional cuisine revisited.
His wife, Alexandra, waits on the tables and offers the very best service.

The Restaurant is open everyday except Thursday from April to October.
The Restaurant is open everyday except Wednesday and Thursday from November to March.
Service: 12.15pm-1.30pm and 7.15pm-9pm
